She has 15 years experience in human resources, working her way up the ranks to her most recent position as HR Director for a company employing 750 employees.
Throughout her career in human resources she has gained considerable experience in providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of HR activities.
She has worked in the warehouse, transport, travel and retail industries. This means she has experienced many different employment scenarios from which to draw upon to enable us to answer your queries.
MCIPD shows she is a full member of the CIPD, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. This is the association that all human resources professionals belong to and full membership is awarded to those qualified members who have attained a high level of expertise and experience in the field of HR.
